* BOTICA CRACK SEAL PRIMER is a specially modified styrene butadiene rubber Primer, special formulation for bonding and alkali resistant sealer.
- As a sealer or primer special formulation for old surface repair on interior or exterior concrete, masonry and ph control, plaster surfaces and brick work.
- All surface must be sound, clean and free of dust, grease, oil, curing compound and any foreign materials which will inhibit proper bond. Concrete should have a surface texture similar to a light broom finish.
