BOTICA RC 2 is an acrylic, flexible waterproofing emulsion that cures into a tough elastic waterproofing film.

Usage All surface must be sound, clean and free of dust, grease, oil, curing compound and any foreign materials which will inhibit proper bond. Concrete should have a surface texture similar to a light broom finish.
RECOMMENDED USES:
Designed as exposed waterproofing membrane to
- Flat and pitched roof for residential and commercial structures
- Terminate around pipes, conduits,and for continuity of sheet membranes onto parapet walls etc.
- Designed to prevent water seepage on:
- External Walls
- Metal roof & gutters
- Roof Tiles
As reflective top coat on Torch On membrane and other compatible exposed roofing materials.
